Where do I get my wheelchair repaired?

It is easy, we do your repairs in house. We have qualified personnel that will look after your wheelchair. We collect and deliver the wheelchairs for repairs. Contact Us for more information.

Are the products one size fits all?

 No, the surgical and mobility products are usually fitted equipment. Make sure that you read the product specifications before purchasing the product. If you are unsure please phone one of our professional staff members to assist you in getting the correct product.

 

How do I get medical advice?

 

 

If you require advice from a Clinical Nurse or advice regarding the best product for after care, please contact any of our professional staff. They will gladly help you.

 

How Do I calculate courier costs and availability?

Because South Africa and Africa has many rural areas, it is hard to calculate a standard delivery fee. Each area and product has its own calculations. Please contact our staff for assistance and for a local or international delivery quote.

 

What are my payment options?

What is the standard Guarantee?

 

The standard guarantee is 1 year on all structural equipment. It differs from product to product. Please contact any of our consultants if you require more information.

What are the trading hours?

Our normal trading hours are Monday – Friday from 08:00 – 17:00.

Online purchasing is 24 hours.

And if you need urgent assistance you can contact Wynberg pharmacy from 08:00 – 18:00.
