COST OF DELIVERY
- Delivery for orders of R1000 or more is FREE!
- A fee is charged for all deliveries under R1000.
- The delivery fee is determined by geo-location.
- Delivery charges are calculated at checkout, according to postal codes.
Delivery within city centre : R60 flat fee
Delivery within 20 – 40km of city centre: R100 flat fee
Delivery 40km and beyond : R150, per delivery
- Deliveries to remote areas may be subject to a surcharge.
- Please make sure you enter the correct postal code and an accurate delivery address.
- We require an exact physical address in order to deliver.
- Should you place an order and our courier company advises that they do not service this area, we will contact you to arrange, either delivery to the nearest town (if possible) or, an alternative. We will always try our best to deliver to your area or as close as we can.
- Once your order has been processed, you will be contacted to advise when delivery will take place.

Delivery of your purchases will be done by a reputable courier company who will deliver your order to the address specified by you at checkout.
Under normal circumstances, deliveries take 5 – 14 working days from date of confirmation of payment.
Goods paid for by EFT will be dispatched as soon as confirmation of payment is received which is generally 1 to 3 working days after you have processed the EFT payment to our bank account
Please note that while we strive to deliver orders within the minimum period specified, delivery can be delayed from time to time by causes outside of our control. Deliveries to outlying areas are also subject to more variables than those to central areas, and this can also impact negatively on the delivery time.
That said, these are sadly extraordinary times. WE ARE CURRENTLY EXPERIENCING COVID-19 RELATED DELAYS IN SHIPPING, AND DISPATCH. We are consequently experiencing extended lead times, so please allow a minimum of 5 extra days for orders during this time.
We thank you for your patience, understanding and support during these difficult times. Our admin department will be in touch with you throughout the process, and will keep you notified of expected delivery times.
All deliveries are scheduled for standard business hours which are 9am to 5pm. It is unfortunately not possible for us to commit to delivery at a specific time during the course of the day.
Delivery not received within 10 working days of order placement
Should you not have received your order within 14 working days of dispatch, please send us a message and advise us of the details of the order that has not been delivered and we will prioritise the follow up on the delivery with our courier company and advise you of its status.
